🏘️ Community Planning and Development Survey
How Well Are Denver’s Development Rules Working? Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department is reviewing the city’s zoning and urban design rules for the first time in nearly 20 years. The goal: to see how well current regulations support key needs like affordable housing, climate resilience, and neighborhood design.
Now through April 28, CPD wants your input! Take a quick 10–15 minute survey (also available in Spanish) to share your thoughts and help shape the future of Denver’s development rules. Take the survey.
🚘 Share How You Move Around South Denver
This quick, 10-minute survey was created by the University Park Community Council (UPCC) and shaped by local transportation advocacy groups to better understand what’s working — and what’s not — when it comes to walking, biking, driving, and transit in our neighborhood.
The results will support local advocacy, peer-reviewed research at DU, and be shared with nonprofits and agencies like DOTI, CDOT, and City Council District 6. Take the survey.
